     Return Policy

    Due to the personalised nature of the products we supply, we can only accept returns for faulty items i.e. electrical light bases, and not for errors made by the customer. Should an order be received by the customer and the personalisation is found to be incorrect where Laser Hut is at fault, a replacement will be sent free of charge. If the mistake is proved to be made by the customer, a replacement can be produced but will be charged for accordingly.

    Laser Hut will not cover the cost of postage for items returned, it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that any returned item is packaged correctly and is sent back within a reasonable time scale after notifying Laser Hut of the defect.

    Shipping & Delivery

    UK orders are shipped free of charge when choosing the free delivery option at the checkout. The free UK delivery option is a 6-7 working days service (Monday-Friday), an option to upgrade delivery to a faster service is also available when in the checkout process. All UK orders are dispatched via Royal Mail 24 & 48 services, larger items maybe be posted via Parcel Force.. Once an order has been dispatched Laser Hut has no control over how long the parcel will take to arrive, however 99% of orders do arrive within the estimated time frame given. Please be aware that seasonal events such as Christmas and bank holidays can have an impact on delivery times, please contact us for any further information regarding delivery.
